- Procedure: Did not like the appearance of bags under her eyes. She consulted with Dr. Parakh for treatment of this problem. While she is a candidate for the surgical procedure blepharoplasty to remove the under eye bags, she did not want surgery at this time. Dr. Parakh discussed and performed filler injection in her ‘tear trough area’ under the eye bags to decrease their prominence. This has helped smooth out her under eye area and patient is thrilled with her results. The after picture was taken immediately after the procedure and shows some redness, this redness resolves in 24- 48 hrs
